This first book changed thousands of peoples lives as well as our own. Released in early 2014 and revised in 2016.
The original idea behind the book was to support friends and family who also wanted to lose excess weight.
This book was created to help our KetoHybrid family make some traditional breads, wraps and crackers, without using wheat.
Written in 2015 after weeks in the kitchen and many not-so-delicious flops. Facebook friends had many giggles during these months but eventually we came up with over 20 recipes that we still enjoy today.
The big book of summer! In this book we cover how to cook safely on the grill, enjoy some of summer’s fruit bounty without knocking yourself out of ketosis, and so much more.

When Veronica and I left our careers (late 2014) to make room for helping more people, we also took the time to study and become certified in Nutritional Therapy, Advanced Clinical Weight Loss, Eating Psychology, and Sport & Exercise Nutrition. All that, plus stay abreast of the newest nutrition research (of which we’ve seen much on the KETO DIET 2016-2018)!
We know the science is sound and we’re now comfortable enough in the multitude of Keto Recipes available, so 2017-present focus is more about mindset and motivation; less about science and athletic performance.
(You don’t need to learn more about keto or have more recipes on hand to get started, so if you’re up for a little compassion, care, inspiration and insights, it would be our honor to stay in touch with you!) We will first send you links to a recipe book and two weeks of meal plans, but past that, our goal is to move you closer to your goals.
