The original idea behind the book was to support friends and family who also wanted to lose excess weight.

This book was created to help our KetoHybrid family make some traditional breads, wraps and crackers, without using wheat.

Written in 2015 after weeks in the kitchen and many not-so-delicious flops. Facebook friends had many giggles during these months but eventually we came up with over 20 recipes that we still enjoy today.
